Social skills program MyPACK can be a‬ valuable resource for Individuals/children‬ with intellectual and Developmental‬ disabilities (ID/D) as they navigate the‬ often-confusing world of social‬ interaction. MyPack programs provide a‬ safe and supportive environment where‬ children, both Neurominority and‬ Neuromajority, can learn and practice‬ essential skills needed to build‬ meaningful relationships and thrive in‬ various social settings.

Calming Meditation: Start with a grounding session to center and focus.

Park 'N Play
Our Park and Play sessions focus on applying learned skills in real-world settings while promoting teamwork and active engagement. The activities include:
