Social skills program MyPACK can be a‬ valuable resource for Individuals/children‬ with intellectual and Developmental‬ disabilities (ID/D) as they navigate the‬ often-confusing world of social‬ interaction. MyPack programs provide a‬ safe and supportive environment where‬ children, both Neurominority and‬ Neuromajority, can learn and practice‬ essential skills needed to build‬ meaningful relationships and thrive in‬ various social settings.
TGIF Socials & Heartistry
Join us in a supportive, playful space designed to cultivate creativity and strengthen social skills! Our sessions gently guide participants through calming meditation, inspiring artistic expression, and fun, interactive activities that build confidence. Connect with others, enjoy relaxed conversations over snacks, and discover the joy of meaningful interactions in a welcoming community.
Park 'N Play
Our Park and Play sessions extend this supportive experience into real-world settings. Engage in guided community outings, spark casual conversations over snacks, and enhance teamwork through active outdoor games and adaptable sports. It's a perfect way to practice and enjoy your growing social skills!
Out 'N About
Turn one Sunday a month into adventure! Explore local attractions, enjoy movies, bowling, or field trips while fostering social connections and community engagement.

Join our weekly 30-minute online session every Thursday to practice group dynamics, communication, and teamwork in a supportive virtual space!
Adult MyPack
Our MyPACK Adults Program offers specialized social and recreational opportunities tailored specifically for adults. Through engaging, real-world experiences such as hiking, social outings, adaptive sports, and creative activities, participants build essential life skills, enhance their social interactions, and develop greater independence. Supported by our dedicated NeuroAllies, adults enjoy meaningful connections, strengthened self-confidence, and increased community engagement in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
