About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate Direct Support Care Professional to provide personalized care, build positive relationships, and ensure a safe environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, managing household tasks, documenting client progress, and offering companionship. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable to flexible schedules, and physically capable of supporting clients’ needs. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, with preference for prior experience. Must be 18 or older, willing to undergo a live scan, and possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
18 years of age or older.
